Scag click noise
Hey guys,
I have a 48" scag freedom z rider with a 26hp briggs engine. We have one single click noise when turning the ignition key...anyone have any suggestions...here are some more details... replaced solenoid replaced battery replaced voltage regulator replaced stator checked all safety switches mower used to start by jumping it but now will not start at all any help would be great, we have been dealing with this for months and now cant jump start it anymore so we might have to rent a mower for the weekend, any help would be appreciated, thanks! |

we jumped it using a portable battery jump, 200amp engine start jumper
|

|
Check for blown fuse then power to the ignition switch "B" post, Then the switch post "S" when key is turned to start position.

i forgot to mention i put 2 brand new fuses in also....im confused, what is B and S post?

Hooked up to mower battery or direct to starter???

tried both, i hooked the jumper to battery and get click noise, hook the jumper to selonoid and get click noise....whats wierd is i went into shed turned key and it almost turned over, then the second time i turn key it only has this single click noise and thats it
