John,

Quote:
I enjoy the people I have surrounded myself with as most of them are smarter than I am and I learn from them almost daily. That makes it much easier.
Do they know that?

Would the smarter one would in essense be the one that has the ability to tap potential of the one smarter than one's self?

Oh.. I suspect they know that they are very good at their portion of the business.... example: our CFO knows he's smarter at managing money since that's what he's done his whole business career.....

and, one viable answer to your actual question would be... "I suppose so, from what I'm told"...... I'm aware that I cannot be all things to all people when it comes to the in's and out's of our business.

Pardon me. I did notice an N/A in the age column, but missed the following line where it said his age. It was just incorrectly listed in the profile. I wish a moderator could fix those types of errors....

Ok... I updated my profile so that all the right fields are filled in.....

And, since my birthday is in February - and we're close to it, and I'll probably not update the profile again for a few years - I'm going to be 50 this February.

I'm an old fart, as you can now see.....

JAA,

A very quick scan of Vander Koii's newest article in this months L&L seems to echo your words of ROI on the business. Is that just coincidence?

Yes... just a coincidence, however - if several of us in the industry (that sometimes are considered to know some things about business) are all saying (basically) the same thing - one might infer that there's something to it.......
