Making a Logo

Hey guys,

I'm looking to make a logo for BBC Lawn Services. I'm not doing to well though. The Look I'm wanting is one outer oval is Orange. An inner oval will be black. Then, Tall orange grass with an Orange BBC Lawn Services.

Any idea's on where to make a logo such as this?

Thanks,
Will

For your own good.

It definitely makes a huge difference having a professional designer create your logo for you. Somehow they make it so much more appealing to look at than the average person can.

go to www.hatchwise.com

You enter in how much you will pay to the winning submission, what you want in the logo, what you want "conveyed" or for your clients to feel when they see the logo, etc.

Anyway, for $200, we had over 150 designs submitted for our company.

Here is another tournament site. We are having a new logo done for our landscape company. We offered up 275 bucks for the winning logo and got a ton of really cool options back. Some things I never would have even considered or thought of. Worth every penny. These designers turn out some truly amazing logos.

Check it out:

You may also want to think about how well it will print small or embroider on clothing. I went to get new polo shirts done with my new logo and the company said there would be a large charge due to the design of my logo.

This is why so many really large companies have simple logos. It's expensive to get clothing, letterheads etc done with complicated logos. When you have to get 10,000 or 20,000 shirts done the cost adds up quick.
