Employmee issues !!!

Ive been threw guys after guys this season they all start off good but after a month or a week somtimes they all get unreliable and lazy or when they show up there sloppy and have not a clue what they are doing. Im just wondering if anyone else has this problem. Oh any where the **** to get a couple of guys that actually want to work for a living !!!!!!!
Right now I have three guys inlcuding me and trying to run hardscaping and maintenance is a major problem at the moment.
