Anyone here ever worked with Commercial This would be for grass cutting and clean up of repo houses.

No, but I have been steered away from these types of jobs.... There are a few on here who do or have done them. They can tell you from experience.

I joined a site like that for commercial construction projects. Having researched it before hand, I knew the GC's would send out mass bid requests. So I use the sight a different way. Look for project owners, cities, land developers, etc, and use the information as a contact lead. Don't worry about the projects that are on the sight, get in with the owners and directors for their next projects. I'm not saying that if a great project comes around not to bid on it, but don't bet your company on those sites.

That site/company looks like a clusterf-ck waiting to happen. Plus, I'm sure they take a large cut/expect a huge discount on your work. Fugiddaboudit!
