Is roundup the answer?
Have been mowing and maintaining a property that has a historical house on it dating back to 1783. The owner had let it grow up with lots of small black walnut trees and the hedge in front was loaded with sassafras roots. After cutting ,trimming and hauling have gotten the place back in a more respectable appearance. But, the sassafras roots seem to have regenerated with new sprouts. Would roundup kill these roots or some other herbicide work better. Would appreciate any feedback.
Thank you |

Just take a few minutes when you are on site mowing and hand snip the new sucker growth.
