Too late for Pre-emergent in Wilmington NC??

Is it to late to apply pre-emergent in Wilmington NC? I really hope I didn't miss the bus..

A lot of winter weeds have already germinated. You can still get some control, but it will be spotty.

depends on what pre you are using and what type of turf. I don't start my fall pre applications until november. spring starts in lat feb/early march.
