Im going to buy a new tractor soon, possibly tomorrow.

Im looking at the Kubota 3540 and the John Deere 3520.

Im on the fence for which one. I currently have a JD 2305 and need to ad a bigger tractor to my fleet.

Im going to get it with an enclosed cab.

Opinons on either?

I have a 3240 Kubota with cab and love it .We have over 700 hrs on ours. Who is your Kubota dealer over there. I know there are several Deere dealers. What is the price differance between the two ? Kubota has zero percent , what does Deere offer ?

Burke Equipment is the only Kubota dealer near by up in Seaford DE, but they will moving to Delmar DE soon which is closer to Salisbury.

The Kubota is $31500 with no money down 0% for 72 months.

The JD is $33,900 0% for 72 mnths as well.

I still havent gone back to the JD dealer yet to get a counter offer. I assume they will come close,

So the final will most likely come down to which ever tractor I want for almost the same price.

I use a 3720(next size up) with a cab almost daily at my job. Great machine all around don't think you will be disappointed with 3520. Can't say anything about Kubota haven't used that model or any close to it.

As much as I like my Kubota I would think the Deere would be your best choice as you have several Deere dealers with in 30 min drive.

Where did you find the 72 months 0% at? I looked on the Kubota website and only saw up to 48 months for 0%. I'm looking for a different piece of Kubota machinery and trying to see if I'm missing something somewhere.

On Kubotas website it shows 0% up to 60 months and the dealer has the option to make is 0% for 72mnths but it will cost the buyer 3% of the purchase price

Its looking like Ill be going with the John Deere. I should have it within a week.

The main reason Im going with the JD over the Kubota is the service. I can get a machanic to my tractor wherever it is 24 hrs a day. Since the prices were just about the same in the end thats the main reason Im going with JD.

I did like many items on the Kubota. I liked the way they set up thier cruise control, I liked the cab set up, and I do feel like its a bit beefier than the JD, but I kind of want a bit smaller in size tractor. I like the fact that the skid steer buckets and regular tractor buckets are all interchangeable.

On the Jd I like that ease of removing the bucket. I like that the JD has more pto power. Both tractors ahve 37 hp, but the Kubota only puts 28 to the pto, the Jd puts 30 to the pto.
