Commercial General Liability Insurance
How is the best way and cheapest way to get commercial general liability insurance? Can I pay monthly or do I have to pay all upfront? State Farm is $565 a year. So, can I pay that monthly? I really need some information on this!

^^^ If you already know the cost how can you not know the payment options?
Just call insurance agents and get quotes and ASK about payment options. I use Hartford and they started my that day on the phone and mailed a invoice for 3 months then every month. Not a hard concept and maybe a reply isn't warranted... o well.

GL I pay quarterly. As far as ensuring you are getting the best for the money, call a couple of different agents for rates. Each agent will get rates and options from a few different carriers. You will probably be surprised at the difference in rates, I had two different agents quote me the exact same policy from the same cariier and their premiums were about 15% different. So just shop around
