Dixie Chopper Value?

Just wondering if you guys could tell me what a 2010 Dixie Chopper Silver Eagle 2550 is worth?

It has less than 200 hours, looks brand new and Command Series CV675-750 Kohler 25 hp.

I am looking at trying to pick up a few yards this year and found this unit for $3200. Is that too much? Any advice pros or cons on this unit?

I think the Silver Eagle is a high end residential unit or as they call it "Commercial"


They have Residential > Commerical > Industrial.

The industrial 50" last time I priced one last summer is around $8500 as a demo unit.

I suspect this unit likely could cost about a grand less new.

Why are they selling and how was it used? Sounds like a decent price to me.

Website says Models starting at $6,799

the Silver Eagle was originally designed as a residential mower. However it has proven to be an effective commercial machine.

Sounds like a great deal with such low hours, I'd jump right on it and offer him a lower number and then meet him in the middle
