Got a new truck

Picked this up Monday it is a 95 chevy w4500 gas engine. It has 350 in it. I really wanted the diesel but honestly I know nothing about working on a diesel and I can do most anything to a 350. Anyway I think I will like working out of it I have really been getting sick of pulling a trailer. What do you guys think. Also it has 127k I stuck one of my magnets on the side of it just messing around but I think I will get it lettered up.

Nice! Yea some paint is needed, Green would be good. I'm trying to get a truck for next year I'm thinking enclosed though, I live in an Apt so I need to keep everything out of the weather and locked up. Can't decide on a trailer or truck?

Thanks man I am just a solo operation but I think it will be nice not having to deal with a trailer. It will really turn on a dime.

i want one of those bad. then i realized i paid alot for my enclosed trailer and already have too many trucks. also, i need one long enough for 2 ztrs and a WB. thats hard to find. id paint the bed black but color choice is left to you.

and you cant post that without telling us how much you paid so we can all think about how we should have bought it!

Well I thought I got a great deal on it I paid $3000.00 for it and it has a fresh rebuilt motor. But just as my luck would go the transmission started acting up and im not gonna mess with it im just taking it to my mechanic monday and it is gonna be around 1k to rebuild so I will have 4k in it with a rebuilt motor and transmission. It runs real good so I am gonna put the money in the tranny. The interior is in great shape also ac blows cold and good heat and the radio works but it will not be the great deal it would have been for 3k.

now im just angry, that is more than a steal. good luck. $1k sounds cheap for a tranny, but even at $5k that truck is a steal

here is some interior pics. That is what I was thinking it is worth fixing the tranny we drove it about 200 miles back from going to get it and did good on the freeway but it is leaking transmission fluid out the front seal so if it has to come out then im just rebuilding it.
