fountains and falls....

Hello to all. My name is james and I am seriously considering filing for a business license for what i think could be a decent small biz.
I have a property on which upon setting to the task of clearing the land one year ago, realized I have buried in dirt and blackberry field, about 30 tons of old beautifull raw quarry granite. (must have been an offsite at one time.many closed quarry in area by river)...I began building nice, small scale water features for friends and family, pure fun. hard work, but fun.
Now iI have people talking about my work and wanting to pay me to build features for them. I have done three small to mid scale jobs and now I am trying to handle the response I am getting from word of mouth. I see after researching a little on pricing and such, this can be decent money.
MY QUESTIONS are,1- Where do I find a place to drill holes in granite columns that are 5 foot tall?
2-what bits do i need and what tools do i use since i will eventually learn to do myself.
3- I am having trouble setting these rocks in the base of fountain in a way that I feel will be safe for along time since I dont have lapidary saw to make flat surface for stabilization.

Please keep in mind i am not experienced in this field so my ?'s may seem lame...but i need helpfull advice.
