Things you look for in a lawn software?

Hey all just wanting to see what are the top 3 things you look for first in a software package?

Mine are

1. Ease of use - Nothing i cant stand more then having to read a book to use a program

2. Basic scheduling. The ability to know who to cut that day

3. Low cost. Lets not forget not having to sell a kidney to be able to buy the program!

Cost
Freedom to create invoice & estimate templates that look professional. The templates that come with quickbooks look so plane Jane.

I want my estimates & invoices to look more like Real Green systems....but without the couple grand price tag!
