I sprayed round up on $4,000 of plants and most of a guys whole yard, not to mention the sprinkler system is destroyed.

You should write "Pay us sucker!" with the sprayer. Just like I do when I pee in the snow. lol. Oh and use PRoduce next time its a post and pre- emergent. Or Salt nothing will grow there for ever.

put a lien on the property. you can do it without a lawyer and the cost is minimal.

This thread is what is wrong with this website. You got taken for 15k and your response was to throw round-up filled water balloons on their yard? You took the complete wrong avenue in that 1)you completed 15k worth of work before you collected any payment and 2)didn't take legal action to collect money and instead threw water balloons on their grass to kill it.

I mean, seriously? At what point did you think, "Hey, this will make that 15k loss all better."
