Landscaping Developments

I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed before guys, I did a search for about an hour and didn't find anything.
My question is if anyone out there has done landscaping installs in new housing developments. There are housing developments going up left and right where I live and I keeping seeing these landscaping companies from out of the area come in and do the install on these new homes. I'm just wondering if anyone can give me any advise on this. Should I stay away from this type of work or is it something worth looking into. Your advise would be greatly appreciated.

Most of those scapers work with or for the contractors. There is no way you could match there price and make money. Unless you are broke.
