Great setup! How has the 4-mix Stihl stuff holding up? How long has it lasted?

thanks kawasaki... the 4mix stuff is various years old. im still using the first backpack blower that ive ever had thats a 4mix. ive had it for around 4 years and i got it used then. most of my stuff is used but performs well still. have bought a few new 4mix things in the past year or so with no complaints. im an all stihl guy for now aside from the blowers that i use for landscape work which are big redmax ones. the only thing i dont like about stihl blowers is they dont have the ass that redmax does. they are way more comfortable and lightweight so for light work and lawns their great. hope that helps you out.

Havent posted here in a while. Getting busy again with all the start up seasonal costs, estimates, and repairs. Super excited for this season as it will be the biggest year that we have had yet. Hiring on a few guys that have around 15 years experience and think that they will be an asset to growing this year.

I havent done anything to it since i bought it off the country boy i got it from for an awesome price. Its got a tuner, 4 inch exhaust off the engine, hd front end, airbags, rear axle supports, led strobes, pyro gauges, gooseneck, dump insert, plow. Its basically the biggest dog on the block around me.

Glad this year is shaping up good for you, and those experienced guys will be a great asset for you.

Yeah i hope so too. In the next two years I want to start being able to take more of a supervisor position rather than having to work in the trenches every day. The goal is to be completely out by 30 and only have to do the business side.

That'd be amazing by 30. You've got an impressive operation it looks like. How do you like your shop in Newtown?

I love it. I cant think how I used to work out of my own shop. Its location, not to mention the size and setup of it is so much better for me in regards to location to my suppliers, repair places, and central job territory.
