thanks. that dump trailer has been one of my best investements. can carry more than a dump truck and no insurance to cover it really, not to mention the minimal maint'.

i got a hell of a deal. 400 plus i do some maint' on the property but still it is a great deal. the shop property is owned by a concrete form company and this building they were not useing so its money for them and a good deal for me!
