Christmas Project-just in time!

A job we finished just in time for Christmas at a local church. Please let me know what you think! The front of the Creche is not supposed to look finished, its supposed to look old and crumbled down.

How do you get on the raised patio without lunging to get up on it? Do you have any kind of drainage system in place for it? If not, it's going to turn into a kids pool when it rains.
