NY Crew Foreman looking to purchase landscaping company in FL

Before I start I want to Thank everyone for their feedback. I have worked as a Crew Foreman for a NY based company and was wondering if a business opportunity in Florida is worth pulling the trigger on? 150-175 residential clients with 6 contracted commercial accounts. I know price plays a major factor, but being that I live in NY I didn't know if the overall business in Florida has growth potential? I will be an owner/operator working full time with the crew in the field.
