There is no gift work. If thats what you want to call it, fine.
We start at 13 but we have people double that in our tree division. We pay overtime and not under the table. I am not trying to put you down but think you could do much better for yourself. You can work less with less responsibility for the same money. With your background you could probably work for a larger company in a supervisor/management role and have a decent salary plus ins, 401k, company car and more. Posted via Mobile Device |

Finding good employees is hard. Very hard. Paying top dollar doesnt mean you get the cream of the crop but paying minimum wage, or less as i know some people do, will get you nothing but rotten apples. The employees will make or often times break your company.
