Meaning every service basically. Weekly mowing, spring & fall clean ups, dethatching, 2 Aerations, 2 shrub trimmings, irri start up & blowout, and Fert & spot spraying. I think that's everything, I don't think I forgot anything, but all rolled into a monthly payment. I want 30 more customers like that lol.

The patio is 20x17 and then about another 50 sq ft for a sidewalk that connects to the patio.

Good work man, I'm excited for you. I think we all need 30 more accounts like that! LOL

Does the seat belt need to be hooked up on Scags for it to start? I left it for a while, went to get a quote on an enclosed and came back. I put the seat down and just did the seat belt up behind me and engaged the parking break and it started. So I don't know if it started because I left it for a while, or because I hooked the seat belt up.

Main thing is that it works! I'm stoked, fired everything up and its ready to go.

What went on today! Just pulling the maintenance stuff out for a fleet picture, and went to the Miska/JDJ depot to look at some trailers!

haha i had a bad day today as well, woke up to rain , picked up 12 yds of mulch in the trailer n on the way to the job a BLACK CAT ran out in front of me (thought of great), got the the jobsite n the driveway is a steap as ****, trying to back down it was a nightmare n trying to stop on an incline on a wet surface is near impossible so i proceeded to slide down the driveway and only by the grace of god i somehow didnt hit the trees or lamposts that were on either side of the driveway... and to end the day i we were about 2 yds short so i have to go back tomarrow n finish!...so was it the black cat that blessed me today???????????? LOL

Haha, thats sucks! I've got some more pictures from today, I picked up my new toy, and I'm going to a little triple mix for a customer now, and some seed.

LOL guilty as charged. Everything has picked up now so I definitely have less time on my hands. I figure everyone likes to see equipment and stuff though.

Its a 2007 Suzuki LTZ 400, picked up yesterday and went for a ride with my buddy.

Today I did some top dressing and seed, did a quick landscape job for a new customer which was very small, didn't bother taking pictures of anything. Back to work, going to Supercross tomorrow in Toronto!
