Thinking of selling my business

I have been tossing around the idea of selling my business. Equipment included would be 2005 Dixie Chopper 72" deck 33hp, 2005 Dixie chopper 72" deck 50hp turbo diesel, 2001 dixie chopper 72" deck twin 20hp, 2001 Toro Z-master 25hp fuel injected, 2000 Ferris 36" walk behind, 1999 Scag 52" walk behind, 2005 16' enclosed trailer, 2004 22' open trailer, 3 backpack blowers, 5 echo trimmers, 1 edger, 3 echo hedge trimmer, 30 gallon weed killer spray tank, 30 gallon fertilizer with boom, pull behind 150# spreader, 75# push spreader, 2 3 gallon backpack sprayers, cub cadet 24" snow blower, 42" John deere snow blower,1997 Mustang 960 skid loader, 2001 chevy 2500hd crew cab turbo diesel with 1year old western wide out and new western tornado slide in bed spreader, 2001 GMC 1500 ext. cab with Blizzard 7'6" speed wing, 1999 Chevy 2500hd ext. cab with Blizzard 8-10 power plow and Western tornado slide in bed spreader, 1997 GMC 3500 Dump truck turbo diesel with 8.5' western pro plow. I think thats about it for the equipment. I have mainly all commercial contracts but some residential. Mowing about $125,000 in 2011, Plowing about $115,000 in 2010-2011 season. What do you think it is worth?

The reason for wanting to sell is relocating. That is gross sales basicly with 1 full time employee and a few part timers. So its not that bad. Trucks and mowers have some use but have been well maintained. My guess for the trucks and equipment was at least $75000.
