Exmark value

Hey guys
I have a friends family member that died and the family wants to sell a 1998 Exmark laser 60" deck 22hp Koehler engine 580 hrs ,asking $3000 for . Suppose to be excellent shape garage kept doesn't look new but well kept .


I'm a little put off by the year (13 yrs old) , I think the price a high too regardless of the low hours . Are these 1998 Lasers known for problems ?

I'd say that's pretty high retail though. Probably better off getting it for 2000. Lots of old rubber and plastic on her that is probably pretty fragile. Those had really nice cutting decks.

I'd agree, Seals and hoses still degrade even while not being used. 2G sounds about right....
