Rich convertable mower, experience anyone?

We need 2 more mid 52" size mowers, money is tight so......
At a local dealer, in the back of a warehouse are 2 rich convertable mowers, one has 1.2 hrs and the other has 11.7 hrs. They were his showroom and demo mowers, lost the contract with them and signed a 10 yr agreement not to sell the brand so there they sat. that was 2002.
He will sell me the pair for $3500 as is. They need some work as they sat a long time, but we have our own shop so oil/carb cleaner and maybe a few belts and idler pulleys would be our only additional expense.
I have never even seen one of these on the turf, let alone ran one so I know 0 about them. I do know both DR power and Landscaper Pro sell them, and parts are available.
Has any one else ever ran one or have any experience with them?

I've never seen one in person. I was talking to a man at EXPO and he said they were fantastic mowers. If you can get parts for them, that is a pretty good deal.

It almost looks like a run-behind mower with a seat.
