Help with install bid

Im bidding a rather large install. Im tossing numbers around and have a ballpark in mind. What would you charge to install the following:

Trees - all B&B
3 - 8" cal trees
8 - 10'-12' trees
33 - 3-4" cal trees

Shrubs
237 - 1 gallon shrubs
97 - 2 gallon shrubs
584 - 3 gallon shrubs
186 - 5 gallon shrubs
72 - 3'-4' tall shrubs B&B
100 - 24"-30" shrubs B&B
15 - 3' tall shrubs B&B


total cost of plants is roughly $40,000

Delivery included? Any soil ammendments? Wooden tree supports and ties? How far from the unloading area do they have to be moved to be planted?

they will most likely be delivered via tractor trailer by the nursery. The trees all need to be staked. Say 100 feet to be moved, as im not 100% sure because it is an active construction site. I will have a skid steer with a backhoe and most likely my wheel loader

For how long are you gonna warrantie the trees

i d around 85 thousand plus add in a little extra for like mulch, and other mis. stuff you might need thats with a one growing season warrinty.

plus up here in maine i always get bags of ph balance soil, plus you might need some top soil, and so on. I dont know the specs of your job but usually we double tree and shrub prices some time tripple.

how many trees would you estimate to plant in an hour?
how many small shrubs (1-5 gal) would you estimate to plant in an hour?
how many groundcover/perennials would you estimate to plant in an hour?
