Anyone dealt Red Beacon?

I have received my second phone call in the last 2 days from a company called "Red Beacon". Their website is: http://www.redbeacon.com/ The person told me that they find service providers for their clients and the provider is responsible for the $29.99 on time fee if the job is accepted.

Has anyone every dealt with Red Beacon and if so are they reputable? I am wanting to see what anyone else has to say about them.

I use Red Beacon and Thumbtack, as well. They operate in a similar way to Service Magic but without the commitment of a monthly bill. I do not get a lot of leads, but I did get a few nice little jobs from each over the last year. I had no issues with either.
