Hi Barry.

No I used the Johnson and Lyon Reference.

I did send a Rose sample a few years back, and had a quick response. Rutgers Is Great.

The RRD is getting worse in our neck of the woods. Do you have any Organic Products that will control eriophyid mites on Rosa?

That's a tough one. Essential oils, horticultural oils and insecticidal soap may be effective on eriophyid mites, not the virus they carry. Dig up, bag and remove infected roses a day or so after treating for mites. But if there are other infected roses within 100 yds the infection will spread.

Thanks Barry for that Info.

Currently I have been removing the affected plants and burn offsite. I am doing my best to keep the Virus vectored by the mites, supressed with a labled product, and It does a good job for the mites themselves.

The Summer (Hort) oil works on these mites too, but they are most active when it is Hot, and I don't want Phyto issues either.
