Hazardous Tree Identification

Certified Tree Expert Steve Chisolm explains why he uses a three-point rating system to rate the hazardous nature of a tree:

"The more numbers you've got to work with, the easier it is to second guess. If it's poor it's poor, if it's fair it's fair, and if it's good it's good."

The ISA has published Continuing Education Unit CEU articles twice in the past few months on Hazard Tree Evaluation. They can be found on line if any-one wants to further their studies.
