Anyone ever heard of LandscapeData.com?

Got their flyer in the mail yesterday. 129.00 monthly for 12 months, or 149.00 for 3 months. Commercial and Residential leads included. Anyone ever use them?

Haven't used them, but I am familiar with lead generation companies. You will probably get picked over and non exclusive lists (you are the 20th person calling me on this).

But, give it a try.

I believe you could do better checking your county property transfers each week on Line. The newly purchased homes need new Service providers. Most of those marketing services are getting their leads from Property transfer records any way.
