Late model f 250 mileage

Considering an F250 with the 6.2 gas 4x4. If any one could tell me what you are averaging for highway mpg (not towing) it would help me in making a decision. Would be giving up a 2011 Chevy 1500 4x4 that I am getting 19 to 20 highway mpg. I need a 3/4 ton for towing a new PJ dump trailer.

I rented an F250 with the 6.2 and 4X4 last year for a week. Pulled 8X20 enclosed, total 6900#. Around town 9.5 mpg. Highway to and from rental place(empty) 17 mpg. Plenty of power. Not quite like my diesel, but enough to sway me to gas power.

I love my 6.2L. I have a little over 32k miles on it and bought it new. I can get was professional said around 17mpg on the hwy empty. I get anywhere from 7 to 9 plowing, 10 or 11 salting, and 10-12 towing.
