Even if it had fruit, is it safe to eat?

Starbuy, what was your settlement offer? Your situation was similar to mine with the damage happening from run off from my neighbors yard. I have been off of the site for a bit since we had my daughters wedding in our armagedon back yard. I replanted hollys in my areas that were affected and they seem to be doing fine so far.

The complaints allege that DuPontís representation of Imprelis as being environmentally friendly and safe to use is simply not the truth. In its relatively short time on the market, DuPont's Imprelis has proven to be a frighteningly effective tree killer. Further, due to the ongoing nature of the contamination caused by Imprelis, Plaintiffs claim they have yet to discover the full extent of the damage caused by the herbicide, including but not limited to damage to trees, plants, shrubs and/or soil remediation.

Exactly. I also worry about the EPA coming in later and expecting ME to do the clean up not to mention what its doing to the water as it travels.
