Good price for Exmark TT?

What do you all think about $3400 for a 2009 48" Exmark Turf Tracer? It has 17hp kaw engine, pull start, ECS controls, hydro with 3 months of commercial use plus 4 hours with the guy who bought it. It also comes with a single wheel velke. I'm looking for something that's going to perform well on some steep hills and last a good long time. This is more than I wanted to spend initially, but I haven't found a better deal anywhere close by.

I'd say its a decent price if it comes with a exmark stand on sulky in good shape. They are really good and are around 500 new. Unless the mower was abused 3 months of use is nothing. This mower is great on hills. I got a 2010 48" TT with 40 hours on it in 2011 for around the same price, but it didn't have an exmark sulky. I would pay 3400 if I found a 36" same as you described just to get into some back yard gates. A new 48" belt drive fixed deck costs more than 3400.
