Last year we ran a full time 3 man crew, 6-7 days a week. With 2 other part time guys i know who have other full time jobs, They would help out when ever they had a days off to make some extra cash.

This season we will have roughly 80+ weekly residentials as well as 2 full days worth of commercial mowing. on top of the 250+ yards of mulch we have to put down.

Last year we picked up a few very large commercial properties so we turned down about 25 new residential accounts that called us because we were short staffed.

Most of them are larger yards, you can check my past stripe and equipment threads for reference on the size yards i mow.

lol yea you said it, I was sick of filling zip lock bags and stuffing them under the seats of the trucks, always looked like i had 8 1 gallon bags of drugs stuffed under the seat.

This will be nice to have it all in one place, neat and organized. and quick to transfer from truck to truck if needed.
