I bought someone out earlier this summer, was one of the better moves I've made. Double the customer base and more than doubled the income.

I put down 25% and then paid out over the season based on customer retention.

Yeah, its easy for an established company to come up with some cash to buy someone out, Its reallll hard for a non established/start-up company to do the same.

I remember when i first started i barely had enough money to buy gas let alone buy another company lol

its very hard starting off im going on my 4th season im just happy them start up days are over. I just pray i never go backwards
