overall the scag it fast and cuts great, but the deere i can do better lines with, because its a bit slower but cuts just as great. bigger yards gets the deere smaller yards gets the scag. i do miss my toro grandstand, it was the best riding stander i have ever owned, just wish it cut better in the spring mornings wasn't the best cutting machine but it was like standing on a cloud all day. scag and deere have the best deck on the market, and all the homeowners care about is how there lawns look, so get the best cutting mower possible. ive had all the standers out there so far and scag john deere and toro are my top 3 choices

What kind of blocker is on the scag. How much, where, install, and how do you like it?

nice man. i see in your sig you got a 755 and a 36" scag wb. whats the story on those two items? how do you like them?

its from power chute design it was around 350 i think. its the best thing on the mower just tap it with your foot to open or close great for my smaller yards. getting one for my john deere as soon as the money comes rolling in

the 755 holy crap!!! ive only had handhelds before and a 413 bp from home depot. if i hold my handheld down on my gravel driveway it will move the rocks around pretty good the 755 same spot will make a 3'' hole. great power, i only use it in the spring and fall for grass clippings and leaves i love it love it
the scag i bought for a 100 bucks without a transmission,so i took it all apart and replaced all the belt, spindle pulleys, rear tires, full tuneup and painted everything else that need it. still no trans for it but it was fun to work on it while theres no grass to cut. trying to sell it right now but might put a trans in it if i cant sell it , everything on the mower is new, got 800 into it already

Dixie Choppers are so ugly! I know that most people don't care because it is a lawn mower, not your wife. But still! I don't think I could ever own just because of how ugly they are.

i like there speed, but i seem to be able to cut with a stander at the same pace for some reason

How was the install? Do you have the button mounted one the platform where your feet are? Do you know if you can still put a grass catcher on it without taking off the ocdc? I've really been wanting to get one of these just not sure which one will work best for me. Thank you

i have had both i prefer the foot pedal so you don't have to take your hands off the handle bar to open/close, but both did work. grass catcher dosen't fit, i used wing nuts on one of mine so if i had to bag it only took a minute to take chute off.
