Come on guys. Sounds like you're starting to get a little critical of DVS and/or his work. Don't you know that's against his rules?

Andrew's Rules of Order for the Hardscape Forum
Section 2.3a
Users of my forum (the Hardscape Forum) may not criticize me, my work or my ideas. I am here to help you, not the other way around. Please accept my criticism in the spirit in which it is always intented (to help you understand that the right way to do it is how I do it) but do not reciprocate any such criticism when I post work. Just read, watch, and admire.

"Nice banding" for somebody that brags how super duper they are that is just a big mistake, something the foreman or whoever was in charge should have noticed, every job should have standards regardless if the home owner will see it, the neighbor or the entire web, we have done mistakes like that or worse in the past and we call it screw ups we admit to it, learn from it and don't let it happen again.

Absolutely. The permit can't be closed out without railings on the wall and steps
