Good commercial 21" mower?

I am looking to buy a commercial 21" mower.

I will be mulching and bagging plus a bit of side discharging on the overgrown lawns.

My choices are:

-Toro commercial 21"
-Toro commercial 21" PROLINE
- Honda commercial 21"
- Snapper commercial 21"

I've heard that the Honda's are exeptional mowers with a great quality of cut.
Also I know that the commercial Toro PROLINE have a Kawasaki FJ180V which is pretty nice but the PROLINE's do cost a bit more than the regular Toro commercial 21" (I think because of the engine).

Thanks for your help!

Get a honda! I've never used one, but have heard they are a very good machine.

I don't mulch at all. Otherwise I would say Exmark X series. Since you do mulch go with Honda.

I would love to go with eXmark but the closest dealer does not stock the 21 inchers.

I've got my heart set on a new Toro Proline 21", I believe 22198 is the model. Hopefully in a couple months there will be one riding around on my trailer.

Not to get off topic, but I was looking through my gravely catalog and they make a odd push mower 21" The motor sits up real high, and has a long shaft, that run belt drive for deck. I had never seen anything quite like it? Maybe a new design?
