Cub cadet tank vs Dixie chopper classic

Looking to buy a new zero turn. I've narrowed it down to Dixie Chopper classic 2750 and the Cub Cadet tank 48. I think them both, the Dixie chopper is 1000 more. Both are new 2010s that the dealer has left over. This is for my personal property, 1 acre lot, and not for business. The most important thing to me is cut and resale value. Any suggestions?

Not real familiar with Dixie stuff...but I know the Tank. And I will say, that machine in no way deserves that name. Those machines are a good step below every other mfg in the industry.
