It's called the yardman clause. Not only does the customer have to buy the pesticide but also supply the equipment to apply it and you can not charge a penny to do it. Useless really.

I have never had a issue with Basagram on St Augustine Turf in the heat. The old days our St A weed control was 0.5 oz Basagram, 1 Oz of Atrazine 4L and 1.5 Oz Asulox per Thousand. I used to spray it at 5 gallon a thousand in the same tank with Fert & Squirt. The Old UHS had a Atrazine 4L that didn't have any heat restriction. I sprayed this mix both summer and winter and killed every weed in the yard with no problems.

Today Atrazine 4L is a RUP with a lower Label Rate, Asulox is gone from the Horticulture Market and that Mix is no longer used.
