Weed ID Please

I have a rental house where I have a recovering Centipede front lawn and a newer sodded rear lawn. I will use Zoysia next but until then...

I got over there to spread 0-0-7 with Dimension from Lesco and I found a ton of weeds. They obviously arent mowing like they were supposed to be, I think I am going to hire a company after this.

I have these three weeds I need help with (sorry they are so big, I had to for the detail). The first one releases its seeds when its touched:

1.

2.

3.

Thanks!!!

1 - Hairy Bittercress - The picture is of seedhead but you can see some leaves on the lower right. Not so easy to pull.

2 - Common Chickweed - Again it's mostly seedhead in the pic. Very easy to pull.

3 - Crown Vetch - Can't pull out the root.
