Estimate for my insurance company

I called my auto insurance company today to check on business and commrecial auto insurance. After getting the quote I asked about coming out to give them an estimate for their lawn and bushes.

To Parapharse the conversation:

The lady said, "Oh Mr. (owner) is always looking for a cheaper way to get things done." I told her, "well, if you have someone and you are satisfied, you don't need my estimate. I don't undercut anyone just to get a job. You get what you pay for." I then asked her if I could negotiate a lower price on my insurance just because I want a lower price. She said, "No". I then said, well why should I cut my price just to get work? I know the value of my work and time.

With that we both laughed and I decided to look or another insurance agent.

People amaze me.

Kind of apples to oranges isn't it? Make sure you negotiate your next dental or medical procedure the same way.

Nah, I think I will just take what the doctor recommends.

The reason I thought of moving to another insurance agent is because of the tone she used. I can't really convey it in written or should I say, typed worl.
