Your stripes are improving drastically! How long does that apt take you, its a cream/white one in one of your pics, looks like its done all with a 48" walk behind.
Have things been steady, picking up more, been slowing with the weather and everything? I haven't gained any new maint accts except my one full service client's neighbor came over to me last week and wanted my card and then hopefully a bid on everything, ill be mowing that place tmrw so hopefully ill be able to talk with them and get a proposal out to them, its easily a $250/month property and its right next door to my client which is only 2 miles from home so its very profitable.

Also, what has been your best ways of obtaining commercial properties?

One more, how hard is it to turn around to head the other direction on a sulky behind a belt drive? I thought about putting one on mine but I figure jumping off to pull backwards to turn around would.be a hassle.
