13 acre cemetery bid?????

I live in somewhat rural Indiana and I am going to bid on a 13 acre cemetery. Stones are in nice straight lines, a few trees, and an average amout of stones maybe 2 or 3 acres with no stones at all. My largest account as of now is about a 4 acre cemetery. Not sure what to bid.

Currently run a 48" Ferris and if I get this lawn I would be adding a 61" Ferris
Also have a high school student willing to trim for $7 an hour

Is 40 an acre too high?? Any thoughts?

If you are bidding the 4 acre cemetary at $40 an acre then i would say, yeah $40 an acre should be good. you could multiply your 4 acre account price by 3 and have a good estimate too.

The price for me would depend greatly on how many stones there are and how much time it will take to get it done. I charge about $50 per acre for cemeteries if they don't have an extremely large amount of stones. If there is a lot of stones per acre, I would charge $75 - $100 per acre.
