Should I let this customer go?

I have a customer who I do his yard twice a month. But he is always two weeks behind on paying me. As a result he winds up getting two cuts every month for the price of one. He eventually pays me but its always 2 weeks late. Should I let him go?

This confuses me as well. Also why are you billing so often? Once a month should be enough.

Maybe my math is off. But I figured if he is getting one cut every two weeks and he is always 2 weeks behind then for every four weeks he is paying for two cuts for the price of one. This is what is happening when I look at the books. It will however balance off because he is always paying two weeks late. Beside all the confusion it winds up that I am getting paid 2 weeks late.

It's a bi weekly mow service. $60 per two weeks. It's affecting me because he is always two weeks late.

Charge a late penalty fee. Two weeks really isnt that long to wait but I know you have bills to pay.
