2005 Super Z with 1100 hrs

Looking at a 2005 Super Z 60" deck with 1100 hrs on it and wondering if it sounds like a decent buy or if I should expect problems out of it.
Seller says it's a 2005 that he bought used 4 years ago and only mows his own lawn.
He states it's in excellent shape and said it's not had anything rebuilt on the kawasaki engine but he just had the deck sandblasted and painted and at that time he installed all new Hustler brand spindles, blades and belts.
He talked like he was keen to keeping it well maintained.
He's asking $5K and doesn't sound like he'd budge.
I was wondering if this sounds like a dependable unit with that many hours on it, or should I expect problems or a near future engine rebuild?

Any thoughts?

For a 7 year old unit price seems a tad high...
I would want to do a leakdown test on the engine and a pressure test on the hydros.
It really will come down to how well the unit was maintained by the previous owner and current owner.

Thanks for your advice. After doing some more research, I am a bit concerned with the hydro pumps and everything else with that many hours on it.
I'm going from a Case 444 with a 60" that is getting really hard to find parts for and really tired of working on it often.
I only have 2.4 acres so maybe I'll look for a fast trak or something with low hrs.
Thanks again.
