Toro Proline 44" wont start

I got a toro proline 44" that sat all winter and now it wont start. I took the carb apart and cleaned it the best to my knowledge, drained all the fuel and put fresh in w/ some sea foam. Gave it about 50 pulls and nothing. Took a look at the spark plug and it looks good. Any ideas? and yes the key is in the "start" position!

its a 2006 model with the kawasaki engine.

Taking a look at the plug won't insure you have spark there. Make sure you have spark at the plug either with a spark checker or by holding the base of the plug against a ground.
