Confused about pay issues.
Some guys say they get pay half per lawn. Some say they get paid between $80-$100 per day or pay per lawn. I should I do this? Whats your best and most economical advice. Thanks.

Been considering the same. If your state labor laws allow piece meal pay then go for it. There are pro's and con's to each.
If paid by the cut, the cut and clean up can get sloppy. Teams may get excited if they think one route is better. You may have a hard time getting them to do other jobs... |

Your pay or employee pay? I'm assuming by some of the questions you have ask that it's your pay. If so, here are my thought's- It's mine, all mine, I own this business, my name's on everything, it's all mine. BUT, BUT- you have to have operating expence.
