Trim mowers

Haven't used one in years and tried to stay away but I really need one now.
Thinking about the eXmark commercial model
Just gonna mulch, don't care about bagging.
Anybody have one and what else is everybody using?

what's a trim mower?

I use a trimmer for trimming then use my 52" grandstand to mow.

is it one of those stupid trimmers on wheels.

Just picked up a Toro super recycler last week. Should hold up for the amount of use I do with a trim mower. It is light enough to put it in the bed of the pick up if need be. I am sick of fighting with a 21" on the trailer all day

Last year I got a toro personal pace for my trim mower and it works good and is cheap. A landscaper friend of mine had one for 8 years. For what I paid for mine I would be extremely happy with 3 years.

I need something for the Islands around my commercial accounts.
I also need a mulcher because of all the traffic around me.
Here's what I am leaning to.
Honda engine $1299, Kawasaki engine $1199.

This is the one I use. Honda powered. I had expensive "pro" mowers and didn't care for them.
