Be prepared to have a second trailer ramp built because that one is not going to last. The trailer looks like your standard trailer construction but the ramp is built with very light duty material.
I started with an even smaller 8' trailer, went to a 12', and now use a 16' enclosed. Plus a few others. Work hard and you'll get there.

As soon as I bought my 16' enclosed my first purchase was a set of tires for about $600. Enclosed trailer wrap really well for graphics and then you don't have to drill a bunch of holes in it for a sign. Plus you can dirt and crap trapped under the sign and when you remove it the area is often scratched all to hell or discolored. The only problem with a wrap is they cost some bucks.

Here is a Diamond Zoysia lawn that I maintain. It was recently leveled and sanded and will scalped and sanded again within the next week or so. I didn't do any of that, I just cut it and take care of the landscape. The pics don't do justice, it looks awesome. It's getting cut at 1.25" now, but hopefully will be able to cut lower than 1" after renovation.

Some pics from today
Some nice flowers(pentas, ixora) at a property ![]() I really like this tree. It is called Queen's Crape Myrtle. In one of my pics on page 1 or 2 you can see a pretty big one. It is semi-deciduous and sheds around March-April. Has beautiful flowers now until July or so.
