30k for me too.
Nothing but Amsoil for the tranny in my PSD.....
 I get mine changed for free. Well not free. I have to buy the tranny fluid but that's it. My old neighbor has a tranny shop.

Just a side note on trans fliud changes. If your truck has a lot of miles on it or it is older and the trans fliud has never been changed, DO NOT change it. what happens is the trans gets "used" to the older, thicker fluid and when you change it with newer thinner fliud, it starts to slip and will ruin the trans. I found this out the hard way. I bought a truck with 100,000 miles on it, changed the trans. fliud and then bought a new trans a month later.
